I have learned to use SPSS editor to calculate the average,ratio and CSI.I have also learned how to draw a performance matrix graph from data given.

I learned how to create a Reaction Sheet using the tool in Zoomerang and how to post it using a generated link.

Challenges
I found problems where i could not complete more than 30 questionnaires in one reaction sheet and i was helped by my classmates to create another reaction sheet.

I learned how to create Crossword Puzzle from the Crosswordpuzzlegames tool in the internet.I also learned how to upload and create a link from mydatabus and how to make my selection public.

CHALLENGES
I had difficulty when the words i used could not click to make a puzzle.I decided to use words that were not too long and play around with different words until the puzzle was created.
